"Hup Fatt" in chinese means working together to achieve wealth. First established in 1986 at Campsie, Sydney selling quality fresh meat direct to the public. A few years on the brothers worked together to open another butcher shop at Merrylands, Sydney. Now the business has expanded to wholesale and meat processing supplying to clubs, restaurants, nursing homes and all trades.

Shop size now no longer can handle the amount of work load, therefore a processing plant at Yennora has became the company's head office and main boning room.
